This game is, unequivocally, a work of art. I'm shocked more people haven't played it. I love it when devs utilize game design as an artistic medium, and that really feels like what was done here. More importantly, it was done without neglecting the story or actual gameplay. While the visual design is clearly where 30 Birds shines, I genuinely had fun traversing the world and completing the quests. This game was obviously a labor of love, but it manages to not take itself too seriously; it injects plenty of humor into the dialogue and the characters are pretty charming. My only sticking point is that the sound design could have been a bit better, particularly in the market areas. Still an A+ though. Put it in the MoMA.
Very beauitful game, nice little story, worth the time
Beautiful, creative and inventive indie gem. Must play if you like narrative puzzle-adventures.
