This is a challenging puzzle game with a lot to chew on for your money, and because it's simple, it's never that frustrating. I say it is simple, but it is impressive how little the possible moves are in a given level on paper. yet somehow the solutions elude you. Finding the solution, particularly for the harder puzzles, was satisfying and I can appreciate how clever they were. And that title card drop. The game
tricking you into drifting away in a raft
is a great hook. I feel there is so much more to the
raft shenanigans
that can be explored, and that's an endorsement to how sound the game is.
I haven't 100%d the game, but it's PEAK! Is simple, but not eazy. It's relaxing but not a no-brainer. It's a beautifull, cozy little puzzle game.
I don't have enough time to keep back-tracking on this game, but the concept is very appealing. The big flaw with it is that there are very limited possibilities on each island. This means there are only a small number of strict routes to find, so if you reveal a lot of islands and don't find that sneaky sweet spot, you can wander for a very long time trying to find the route. This would be great if I had more play time, but I don't.
