I didn't think that I could enjoy a game much more than the original Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney games, but oh my gosh this was such a good time. It's got all of the best parts of the original trilogy with better gameplay and an excellent story - recommended to absolutely anyone who is even kind of interested!
a very good adition to the series, as always the charecters are better than the story for the most part, i personally feel the first game had a more interesting plot than the second and it felt like there was more at stake, the second game hinted at what happened in the first game with the smuggling ring still going but it ends up just being a foot note for some random joe schmoe inciting crime, i personnaly don't feel like there was much interesting about the "mastermind" in the second game, nor did alot of him trying to offload reasponsibility on others make sense cause he's directly indighting himself for a crime in the process, one that he was avoiding so it feels less impacful, otherwise a great adition to the series.
Fun game. Ace attorney but not really but yes really. Last case of the first game is quite long. The cases in the second game are longer too. The mind chess mechanic of the second game is meh, but tolerable
