Cat Quest is one of my favorite series : great humor, casual and pure fun gameplay, Pawsitive mood all the way! Charming game with simple, yet kind-of-demanding combat. A souls-lite for kids. Or for you, of you want something to play in the evening that doesn't require to follow a complex story, thousand side quests and layered mechanics. You can pick it up any time and have some fun slashing, dodging and casting spells. You follow one quest at a time. There are optional dungeons. The honour is atrociously terrible and cheezy, but there are plenty of jokes hidden in names of places and characters. And the ending of the main quest is... surprising. A perfect little game on steam deck.
Picked it up only because I want to play through II and III with my friend, turned out to be way more polished than I expected. Fun, cutesy game.
