Devil May Cry 5

Warning for new players: do NOT start with Vergil mode. I did, and I basically played the whole game without the actual story. No cutscenes, almost no context, and achievements didn’t track like a normal playthrough. I thought I was playing the game normally, but Vergil is basically a separate combat-focused mode, not the main campaign. If you want the actual game (story, cutscenes, proper progression), start with Nero/Dante/V first. Vergil is for later.

Gotta be the best one in the series gameplay wise but the environment lacks the eeriness of the OG trilogy. Still had a blast finishing this one.
