Fun and cute, but a bad detective game, there are very few mysteries to solve and the setting is interesting but completely unused. There are more than a few assumptions you have to make with a weak basis (such as an identity that could be anyone, but everyone you meet in this tiny game are the only people involved in the case) and mechanics that seem to be missing their link/hint within the plot. For instance a hint outside of the game told me to retrace my steps to a room that was now open - that should be in the game dialogue. And most disappointing of all, the creepy shack gets a cool hook but no resolution. It's just to add intrigue without purpose. While I didn't want to exorcise the ghosts, a mystery about the 12 interred within the sanatorium would have been nice to have. Instead, the Duck Detective games seem to be consistently charming but under-developed.
Game is awsome. Cool art style, top sound and the story in amazing! I hope next part is comming! Can't wait for it.
I really enjoyed the light spooky atmosphere in this one! It melted my heart how Duck Detective aka Eugene, is also opening up to having a friend care for him! So cute and wonderful this little charming game is!
