Emily Is Away Too is a 2017 indie visual novel by Kyle Seeley. It is the spiritual successor to the 2015 video game Emily Is Away. The game is primarily set in an instant messaging chat client, taking place during the protagonist's last year of high school during the 2006–07 school year. The player talks to other characters by selecting different responses, and specific choices change the course of the plot throughout the game. In addition to using the chat log, the player also visits parody websites such as YouToob and Facenook, all of which display their 2006/2007 layouts.

Runs well on modern hardware.

If I wanted to deal with insane people who have a mental breakdown over a menial amount of drama, I would just open Discord.
I'm taking a break from my usual heartfelt reviews in order to let you all know that the accuracy in this game made my girlfriend cry right in front of me. Go ahead and shatter my heart into a million pieces, it hurts way less.
The entire time I was wishing for Emily to stop talking to me after what she put me through in the first game. Evelyn the second female character is definitely worth buying the game for though.
