Epistory - Typing Chronicles is a 2016 action-adventure, typing video game developed by Fishing Cactus. The game was released on Steam Early Access in September 2015 and was officially released on March 30, 2016, for Linux, Microsoft Windows, and OS X, and on February 2, 2021 for Stadia. In the game, a young girl rides a fox with three tails. The game's story follows a writer's writing process, which unfolds like paper on-screen and is narrated from the perspective of the writer's internal thoughts. The game later received a spiritual sequel, Nanotale - Typing Chronicles.

Runs well on modern hardware.

Very nice and relaxing typing game. Can even be challenging from time to time. The visuals are really unique and captivating.
Amazing game. The concept is unique and brilliant, as well as quite easy to understand. Challenging puzzles, quite hard boss waves. Even as a hobby writer, I definitely had some struggles, though mainly because I am not too good at multi-tasking. The different abilities brought a lot of strategy into the game too. When to use the fire, ice, sparks or wind was tough to figure out, but eventually, it became second nature. The visuals are also fabulous. The storytelling, chef's kiss. The hardest level was DEFINITELY the mines. Holy, my hand cramped up so much. The ice ability was such a life saver. Handling both the lights, which you need to attack the enemies, and the upcoming swarm of bugs was AGONIZING. All in all, marvelous experience.
One super fun typing game. Has a lvling up system with powers. You ride on a fox around a book like world. 10/10.
