Expect the unexpected in an ineffable tale of the inexpressible world of Everhood. Amusing rhythmic battles and with a promise to fulfill all your dreams. To simply put it: You are in for a ride.

Runs well on modern hardware.

firstly i love rhythm games very much, so i was quite upset to find out that is was not actually a rhythm game but closer to those bullet hell games where you die a bunch. then 1 week later, i remembered that i also love those bullet hell games where you die a bunch. 2 hours in and i genuinely believe i specifically am this game's target audience. you know how people who are in love always say "it's like they were made for me" about their partner. its like that but its a video game. there's even kart racing. i also love kart racing. how is it possible to cram so many things i love into one game. and it's undertale? you're kidding me at this point
whats wd gaster doing at the CLUB
in all seriousness, i can already tell that this is a great game with great music and if you like undertale/deltarune you're going to love this. there's also a free demo on itch.io that gives you a good idea of how the battles work, but the steam version has a pretty easy "story" difficulty if you have troubles with dodging. and like 2 hard modes if you're a gamer. not important for people with gaming rigs but it runs very smoothly on my (non-gaming) laptop which i'm impressed by, considering how much stuff goes on at once sometimes. i am gioign to sleep now to play more of this tomorrow. @devs i love you guys.
I see Everhood as an amazing game with a very unique mix of genres. The game has amazing battles, story, and characters that I found very memorable. On the other hand though, I started the game on the highest difficulty available at the start and I still found the game very easy, with the only major choke points for me being the last few enemies because of how hard the background and visual effects were on my eyes. It eventually got bad enough that I temporarily enabled a few settings just so I could finish the game! While I didn't have as much trouble on the sequel with visuals and that I think that Everhood 2 has the better battles, the game has such a good story and sense of humor that can turn a good game into one of the greatest games of all time. 10/10, if I didn't get gifted this this would be one of the only games I'd be willing to pay $90 for!
10/10 A game where I feel its message is more important than what it is trying to reference. You could chalk this game up to just being a undertale inspired game. But I believe its themes and narrative do enough to separate itself from its inspirations. This game is great please play it.
