Runs well on modern hardware.

The engine for this game was coded by chimps who don't know what multi-core CPUs are. When my GPU is at 64% ultilization, and my CPU is at 33%, I do not expect the game to be running at 54fps with 30fps 1% lows, just because I have 2 AI workers harvesting! And worse, they are so precious about their code that they lock it so that modders aren't even able to fix their damn engine for them! It drives me freaking crazy... And moreso because I love this franchise... And yet it's like they want me to hate it... Us in this community are addicts and GIANTS knows it. So they keep hiring chimps to code their engine, rather than spending the money needed to fix it! GIANTS Software. If you read this. Until you fix your engine, I will never buy another thing from you.
My favorite part is where it says the crop prices will increase in value every month, and yet they never do. Realism 100%
Farming Simulator 25 is easily the best entry in the franchise so far and, in my opinion, the most complete farming experience the series has ever delivered. From the moment I started my first save, it was obvious that this game was built with a much stronger attention to detail, realism, and immersion than any previous title. Every system feels more polished, every environment feels more alive, and the overall experience makes it incredibly easy to lose track of time while managing your farm. One of the biggest improvements is the overall atmosphere of the game. The maps feel far more dynamic and believable than in previous entries. The lighting, weather effects, environmental sounds, and seasonal visuals work together to create an experience that genuinely feels immersive. Early mornings with fog rolling over the fields, sunsets reflecting off machinery, rainstorms hitting crops, and the sound of tractors working in the distance all contribute to making the world feel alive. Instead of simply driving equipment from point A to point B, it actually feels like you are operating a real agricultural business in a living environment. The level of detail in the machinery is absolutely incredible. Every tractor, harvester, planter, and attachment feels carefully recreated with a huge amount of authenticity. Vehicle interiors are highly detailed, engine sounds are much more realistic, and the animations for equipment operation are smoother than ever before. For players who enjoy machinery and farming technology, this game is basically a dream. There’s something satisfying about starting up a massive tractor before sunrise and spending hours cultivating, fertilizing, harvesting, and transporting crops while watching your farm slowly expand over time. The gameplay loop is also the strongest the series has ever had. Previous games in the franchise were enjoyable, but sometimes the progression could feel repetitive after a while. In this installment, however, the pacing feels much more rewarding. Building your farm from almost nothing into a huge operation feels genuinely satisfying because of how much freedom the game gives you. Whether you want to focus on crops, livestock, forestry, production chains, or large-scale industrial farming, the game allows you to create your own style of farming and grow at your own pace. The production chains especially add a huge layer of depth. Instead of simply harvesting crops and selling them immediately, you can process resources into more valuable products, manage entire supply chains, and create complex systems that continuously generate income. This makes the game feel more strategic and gives players long-term goals beyond simply buying bigger equipment. Watching a fully automated operation run efficiently after hours of planning is extremely rewarding. Another area where the game shines is realism without becoming overwhelming. It strikes an excellent balance between simulation and accessibility. New players can still enjoy the game without feeling completely lost, while experienced players can dive into advanced systems and realistic settings for a more hardcore farming experience. The customizable difficulty settings help make the game approachable for casual players while still offering plenty of complexity for simulation fans. The graphics are also a major leap forward for the series. The textures, terrain, crop models, water effects, shadows, and lighting are all noticeably improved. Fields look more natural, forests feel denser, and towns finally feel like believable locations instead of simple background scenery. Even smaller details like dirt accumulation on vehicles, tire tracks in mud, and crop movement in the wind help make the experience more immersive. It may not be the most graphically advanced game ever made, but for a farming simulator, the visual improvements are genuinely impressive. Sound design deserves a lot of praise too. The engines sound powerful and distinct depending on the vehicle you are using, environmental audio creates a relaxing atmosphere, and the ambient sounds make the world feel believable. Hearing rain hit the cab roof while operating machinery during a storm or listening to birds and insects during sunrise adds so much to the immersion. It turns what could have been a slow-paced simulator into something that actually feels relaxing and enjoyable for long play sessions. The multiplayer experience is another reason why this game stands out. Managing a farm with friends is incredibly fun, especially when everyone takes on different responsibilities. One player can focus on harvesting while another handles logistics, livestock, or production chains. The cooperative gameplay makes large farming operations feel much more realistic and entertaining. Few games create the same sense of teamwork and progression that this game does when playing with others. Mod support continues to be one of the franchise’s greatest strengths as well. The community consistently creates incredible maps, vehicles, gameplay improvements, and customization options that massively extend the lifespan of the game. Even after spending hundreds of hours in the base game, mods provide nearly endless content and keep the experience fresh. The developers clearly understand how important the modding community is, and the integration remains one of the best features of the series. What impressed me most overall is how relaxing yet engaging the game feels. Many games constantly pressure players with nonstop action, but this game creates a completely different experience. There’s something genuinely calming about planning fields, managing crops, driving machinery, organizing production lines, and slowly watching your farm grow over time. At the same time, the game remains engaging because there is always something productive to do, another piece of equipment to work toward, or another expansion to plan. The amount of content is also massive. Between the huge selection of licensed equipment, multiple maps, farming systems, animals, production chains, forestry mechanics, contracts, and economic management, there’s easily enough content here for hundreds or even thousands of hours. Very few simulation games provide this level of replayability. Of course, no game is perfect. There are still occasional bugs, AI workers can sometimes behave strangely, and some repetitive tasks can become tedious during very long sessions. However, compared to previous games in the series, the overall polish is significantly better. The improvements far outweigh the flaws, and most issues feel minor compared to how much content and depth the game offers. Overall, Farming Simulator 25 is the best farming simulator sequel so far and easily the most detailed and immersive farming experience I’ve had in gaming. It improves on nearly every aspect of the franchise while keeping the relaxing and rewarding gameplay that made the series popular in the first place. Whether you are a longtime fan of farming simulators, someone interested in agriculture and machinery, or simply a player looking for a relaxing but deep simulation game, this title delivers an incredible experience. It’s the kind of game you can casually play for an hour and suddenly realize an entire evening has passed. The level of immersion, realism, customization, and progression makes it one of the strongest simulation games available today.
