God of War 2018 ain’t your standard linear game, but it’s not a full open world either, it’s that wide-linear semi-open vibe. First time I’ve tried this kind of design, n it still plays pretty solid all around. The combat moves n cinematic set pieces are both super well put together. Only catch is 100% completion’s kinda a hassle, n the fast travel points aren’t convenient at all, so late game backtracking gets pretty tedious. Still, for a 2018 drop it totally holds up even today. I’m a huge fan of Norse mythology themes myself, plus it took home TGA GOTY back then. All in all it’s definitely worth checking out.

DAD OF BOY is a fun father simulator for homeschooling your BOY with monsters, gods, dragons and other things in Hel, while trying to hide your past traumas from said BOY of how badass you actually are. I rate this Dad/10.
