Half-Life 2: Episode Two is a 2007 first-person shooter game developed and published by Valve. Following Episode One (2006), it is the second of two shorter episodic games that continue the story of Half-Life 2 (2004). The player controls Gordon Freeman, who travels through the mountains surrounding City 17 to a resistance base with his ally Alyx Vance. Like previous Half-Life games, Episode Two combines shooting, puzzle-solving and narrative elements, and adds expansive environments and less linear sequences.

Runs well on modern hardware.
Half-Life 2: Episode Two
-I think what makes **Half-Life 2: Episode Two** so good is that it has its own identity within the **Half-Life** franchise. It almost feels like its own game rather than just an episodic expansion. It has a unique environmental design, along with a lot of cut content that was either scrapped or redesigned. There were also entire sections that were originally planned but never made it into the final game. It also gives you a sense of freedom from the Combine, since everyone is essentially on their own now. That makes the world feel strangely relieving, yet dangerous at the same time. And the OST is just perfect—I absolutely love it. It's beautiful. 100% Achievements ✅
