Runs well on modern hardware.

It has its issues, but for the love of god don't buy Campaign Evolved. For $40 (even less during sales, IIRC I got MCC for $10 on sale) you get: - Halo 1-Reach, with original graphics, much better framerate, better FOV - Forge - Firefight (ODST+Reach) - Multiplayer - Online co-op Yes, MCC has its issues. I'd love to have split-screen co-op. I'd love to have the menu look like Halo 2 or 3 menus. But in terms of where can I point people wanting to get into Halo to experience it for the first time, I point them here. Don't get Campaign Evolved. Get CE and every other good Halo for $10 less.
MCC is $10 cheaper than Campaign Evolved, and with MCC you get: The original version of Campaign Evolved that hasn't been ruined by Unreal Engine and you can play multiplayer matches Combat Evolved Anniversary Edition Halo 2 & Halo 2 Anniversary Edition Halo 3 Halo 3 ODST Halo Reach Halo 4 Full mod support of these games as well (play Cursed Halo)
Do not buy the slop that is Campaign Evolved and get this instead. It's better in every way and has full multiplayer. Besides, it has all of the good Halo games and Halo 4.
