Impostor Factory is a 2021 adventure video game developed and published by Freebird Games. Like A Bird Story, the game was a follow-up and prequel of To the Moon and Finding Paradise. The story revolves around the new protagonist Quincy Reynard, who ends up in a murder case inside a mansion but suddenly finds himself experiencing double murders and mysterious time loops. Eu não tenho palavras pra expressar minha paixão por essa série.
I really enjoyed the story and the nostalgic mood of this game. It has that quiet, old-school RPG Maker feeling: simple on the surface, but surprisingly emotional and strange in a very charming way. I also liked how the game slowly shifts from something almost cozy into something much more personal and melancholic.
Сложный выбор, тут скорее нейтральный обзор нужен. Сюжетно это уже не очередная история о новых персонажах, а раскрытие сквозных сюжетных моментов предыдущих частей, то есть чтобы лучше понять что происходит нужно пройти хотя бы To the Moon. Геймплейно стало как The Bird's story, то есть больше смотришь сценки, чем играешь. Есть интересные моменты и забавные персонажи, но финал...такое либо нравится либо вообще нет, на любителя. Но слезу не вызывает, как в предыдущих частях.
