KILL KNIGHT is an ultra-responsive arcade-inspired isometric action shooter. Condemned to eternal sufferance, deep within the voids of an eldritch arena, you must wield an arsenal of devastating weaponry to obliterate swarms of otherworldly horrors - and MASTER THE DEMON WITHIN.

Runs well on modern hardware.

Love the aesthetic and the responsive controls, but I can't recommend this game due to its asinine progression system where you are stuck with the worst weapons and upgrades up against quite difficult levels, and the game seemingly asks you to grind hours upon hours to accrue enough currency to buy better gear. This leaves you with a frustrating experience of repeatedly bashing your head against the wall trying to clear a level with dogsh*t gear, not to mention how boring and repetitive it gets doing the same level over and over again. This game was so close to greatness, but bizarre design decisions regarding progression has let it down.
Fluid gameplay and cool graphics. However most gear is just bad which greatly limits build variety. The progression system is what people say it is: ♥♥♥♥. Lazy design.
Isometric doomslayer dream
