Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess is a 2024 action-strategy video game developed and published by Capcom. Runs well on modern hardware.

its niche blend of action and tower-defense mechanics, everything is amazing, I don't know why the marketing of this game is so bad and many players didn't know it existed. Folklore visual is amazing when Yoshiro (Priestess) started dancing it always put a smile on my face maybe it was nostalgia or something because when I was in highschool I always join in festival kinda looks like this, the sound the music everything.
This game carries out it vision without a single compromise. Seeing a major studio fully back something this uniquely artistic and avoiding safe bets that have become common everywhere is a rare treat in an industry that fears risk. Anyone fond of the experimental era of psx/ps2 games or Japanese folklore and mythology needs to play this. Capcom, please, I want more games like this.
This game is so stylish for no reason. Has good music. Nobody talks so there are no annoying characters. The UI is hard to navigate.
