Lies Of P

Lies of P is, without a doubt, the best Soulslike game ever made outside of FromSoftware. I first played it on Game Pass, and it completely exceeded my expectations. I ended up exploring everything, mastering its combat, and finishing every bit of content I could find. The quality of the combat, the incredible weapon assembly system, the memorable bosses, the beautiful Belle Époque-inspired world, and the outstanding soundtrack all came together to create an unforgettable experience. The game doesn't just copy the Souls formula—it understands what makes it great while adding its own identity. Every victory feels earned, every boss is memorable, and every area rewards exploration. The combat is fast, challenging, and incredibly satisfying once you master perfect guards and weapon combinations. I enjoyed it so much that I bought it again on Steam just to experience the entire journey one more time. I'm going to complete it all over again, 100% it, and then jump straight into the DLC. Lies of P is a masterpiece and the gold standard for Soulslike games. If you're a fan of the genre, this is an absolute must-play.

Wow, genuinely what a great game. Honestly it is up there for sure with Fromsoft quality if not a little better because a lot of QoL features this game has, but I don't wanna just compare this to another studio. This game really is something special and I enjoyed every second of it, even the urge to destroy my controller and desk more than it is :) Really really good game, I got all the achievements for main-game and its just such a banger, if you love bloodborne you'll love this. Everything about this game is just amazing. I'm so excited for the second one and this is one of my new favorite games!
