Lumines Arise is a 2025 puzzle video game developed by Enhance Games and Monstars Inc. and published by Enhance Games for PlayStation 5 and Windows. It is a falling block puzzle game where 2x2 blocks of different colors fall down to the floor and creating 2x2 colored squares of the same color or greater allows the timeline to clear the colored squares from left to right in sync with the song’s BPM. Each stage has unique block colors and textures, backgrounds, visual effects, sound effects, and a unique song to go with it.

Runs well on modern hardware.

It was well worth the price and while it did get a little repetitive for me at one point it was still a lot of fun.
forgot to review this a coupla months ago, but i quite like this one a lot. though, i think it has the weakest music in the series by far. there's way too little variety, so many of the tracks are just EDM-esque. which i mean, nothing wrong with that (to an extent) but at a certain point this soundtrack starts sounding like UK chav oonce-oonce-oonce noise. man, you guys really dropped the ball there. and theres so much visual clutter too. yeah it does look nice, but its pretty annoying to play against. feels like the game is fighting me lmao. whatever, the lumines gameplay loop is untouchable, so id still recommend this one despite everything. but if the previous complaints of mine put you off, then i would strongly recommend picking up Lumines Remastered (or if you have a PS Vita, PLEASE play Electronic Symphony. its music picks are so damn peak)
If you are a fan of puzzlers and like great effects and sound, this game is for you!
