This game seems to have been made just for me: globe-trotting, beautiful landscapes, high end graphics, and tranquil gameplay that lets you practice composition and lighting. That's all I'm looking for in a game! My only complaint is that the VR version is scaled back a ton graphically... I get why, the full end graphics are tough for a PC to render in VR, but mine could! I know because I tried UEVR injector and it rendered frames fine, but doesn't work with the headset (Vulcan seems to be the culprit). VR feature is still nice and immersive, but the main game looks so much better.
The game is beautiful, I believe that on 4k screen it would be better. with my PC specs, the RTX2070, 1080p, it runs 80%(it has a quality preset bar in settings, max is 100%), 60fps smooth and beautiful.
Photography puzzler/cozy game with a focus on exploring huge and detailed environments. You kind of walk around and take pictures at your leisure, trying to find scattered collectibles and fill out a picture board. There isn't anything quite like this one. Audiovisuals are killer, though YMMV if you're on low powered hardware. On my laptop, it runs alright with decent graphics. A high-end desktop would get much better visuals, and I'm assuming Steam Deck users will be stuck with much, much worse. This is simply the nature of a game like this. So you should probably check the recommended system specs before purchasing. I love the "photo warp" mechanic, where you can seamlessly warp to any picture you've taken. It's surreal how frictionless it is. I wish more games made use of this, taking a snapshot of the current game state and reverting to it in a moment's notice. "Photo warp" single-handedly makes traversal in Lushfoil a breeze, despite the somewhat slow running speed. Everything in this game commends a great sense of attention to detail. In short, it's all very "quality". This is a good example of what you can do with Unreal Engine, AAA games should take notes. I highly recommend.
