It's a great game if you can get past the DosBox interface. The depth and development in this 30 year-old game puts many 'modern' ones to shame. Absolutely worth your time and money.
MOO2 is a turn based strategy game with retro graphic, that i totally love. It is surprisingly balanced, with a non-bloated simple skill-tree to climb in, and its simplicity means that details in your decisions matter.
Historical - one of the best games ever made. Timeless - you should form your own opinion.
