The game itself is gem. But its very badly ported to PC and Steam. Game was even more playable on ancient PS1. Because of poor emulator, that drops fps on every AI populated locations, this game version is unenjoyable... If you want to play somehow and see minimum freezes, run game in window mode with 600x800 resolution..
If you are going to play the first one you might as well get this one too! Another trip down memory lane, however I do not remember this one much from the arcade machines but definitely played it once or twice. Again playing it in Co-Op was fun, it's twice the lenght of the first one, meaning you can be done with it within an hour, its difficult but you can unlimited lives so that's okay, the level design is even better, more characters but they all play the same, there is still jank and performance issues but its fine, nothing too serious.
Best game I've ever played. I remember my mom taking me to the Laundromat and they had a Neo Geo arcade machine over there. I WAS HOOKED. I would scavage around for quarters and ask the owner for some. Take me back I LOVE THIS GAME!!!!!!!!!!! This port is crap though
