N++ is a fast-paced, action-packed platformer set in the distant future. You play as a ninja, darting through obstacles, narrowly evading a slew of inadvertently homicidal enemy robots and collecting gold in a minimalist, sci-fi world. N++ is all about smooth physics, deftly controlling the speed and inertia of the character, and the awesome feeling of fluidly moving through each level.

Runs well on modern hardware.

I was introduced to this series nearly 20 years ago (N), in my primary school's janky old computer lab, on a flash game website. I enjoyed it a lot back then, but when N+ on the Xbox 360 came out, I fully fell in love. I first bought N++ on the PS4 when it released, but loved it so much I wanted it on Steam too. There are so many levels in this game, you will never get bored. Currently there is no online coop (a sequel with more coop-based features was announced not long ago). However, there is local multiplayer, so you're able to game share over Steam, which I've yet to experience any issues with beyond a little ping. There's also an level editor, so you have the same tools as the devs to get creative with your level design (and torture your friends). The music is fire and it perfectly matches the gameplay, and the colour schemes are customisable, unlocked by playing through the different levels. If you like platformers, this is a must buy. Hands down, one of the best to do it.
The hours spent playing this on the Xbox 360 Arcade back in the day were some of the best memories I have in gaming. The 4 Player co-op, constant explosive deaths, the voice chat where that one guy who had one too many beers was laughing his azz off over all the dying and resetting. Such a great game that will entertain, frustrate, and move you to tears. Gamers were so much stronger back then mentally, the gaymers of today would quit on the first level and use this game as the excuse for everything in their life sucking. As it is, it's perfect.
n+ was a game i played the ♥♥♥♥ out of as a kid on my xbox 360 as most of them came with a demo for it for free. i was pretty ecstatic to hear that it got a sequel way after the fact and im glad to say it is just as fun
