Night in the Woods is a 2017 single-player adventure video game developed by Infinite Fall and Secret Lab and published by Finji. Set in a world of zoomorphic humans, the story follows a young woman named Mae, who drops out of college and returns to her hometown to find unexpected changes. The game was funded via Kickstarter, where it earned over four times its initial US$50,000 funding goal.

Runs well on modern hardware.

10/10 music 9/10 game with story as tragic as its creators, exploring philosophy, death, God, friendship and the decay of small towns. this game is not for everyone people from he city will find it difficult to understand because it focuses on small things and dialogues that seem to have little value, but it makes it human and gives a soul to this game
I've heard great things about this game for as long as I can remember now. So I decided to give finally see what all the fuse was about. And OMG... I finally get it! Everything about this game was so beautiful! The Art-Style, The Animation, The Environment, The Character Writing & Relatability <3 Maybe I'll come back to play it again! Time really did fly when I was so invested in Mae's story that I didn't want to stop!
watched jacksepticeye play this game when i was very little but i never got around to playing it myself until now. chose a good time to do so i think. i always struggled with dpdr-like experiences, since before the game even released, and i think being able to compare my experiences to maes as a kid helped me more than any of those ♥♥♥♥♥♥ camhs sessions ever did. good game very cool i too love trade unions :)
