Have you ever played diablo or PoE, messed around with builds for 5 minutes until you found something that worked, and then stuck with that build for 10 hours? This game actually encourages, even forces, you to constantly try different playstyles. I feel like this game should be included in design classes for how to encourage people to try new gameplay styles. And it's really fun to find different interactions between all the passives and skills that you unlock. Not that it isn't ithout its flaws, there's slightly too many popup sceens for things and it somehow feels both a bit over and under tutorialized at the same time. Not very long, but overall very enjoyable. Played it solo, but at a couch co-op I could see this as an abolute gem. Easily worth 15 bucks. Just be mildly tolerant at the start for like an hour, until it opens up a bit more.
A really creative and interesting take on a 2D action RPG. The game has lots of customization options and engaging systems to encourage the player to explore different combinations. The art style is fun and the dialogue is whimsical. This game is definitely worth a try. I feel motivated to see all of the forms!
This is a delightful and simple dungeon based game. You get to kill lots of stuff as unique characters, with unique abilities and combos. I had a really great time beating it.
