Zombies are invading your home, and the only defense is your arsenal of plants! Armed with an alien nursery-worth of zombie-zapping plants like peashooters and cherry bombs, you'll need to think fast and plant faster to stop dozens of types of zombies dead in their tracks.

Runs well on modern hardware.
Still good
I remember Zombie on your lawn song and such when it just arrived And it's over 15 years ago, the game is still nice to play
The tower defense game for people who don't like tower defense games...
Plants vs. Zombies will probably always be my favorite tower defense game. In fact, I actually hate the genre for the most part. Most tower defense games throw huge maps at you and expect you to constantly scroll around checking on your defenses. I've never found that part particularly fun. Plants vs. Zombies keeps everything on a single screen, making it much easier to focus on strategy instead of babysitting multiple sections of a map. The strategy also feels more rewarding than in most other games in the genre, with each plant serving a distinct purpose and creating interesting combinations. The art style is a fun and charming cartoon aesthetic with a dab of humor. As you progress through the campaign, you unlock new plants and abilities that continually change how you approach each level. Overall, this is a genuine classic and one of the few tower defense games I never get tired of recommending. If you somehow haven't played it yet, you should. Game brought me back to a simpler happier time when i was in primary school 2009 ish. Memorable and cute 2d hand drawn sprite assets. well designed puzzles and mini game. Difficulty wise, one of the bowling game took me 3 tries. Platinum experience was quite long to finish, Many years have pass and PVZ is still one of the founding titan of tower defense strategy game, Nothing comes close except for bloon TD which maybe scratch that itch for a little bit. In conclusion i would like to give the game a solid 8.5 out of 10.
