Pretty decent DLC and longer than RE3 Remake in playtime so cannot complain.
This DLC surpassed my expectations. It's just as good as the main story and a great complement to it. Seeing Ada's POV makes you appreciate just how much of a guardian angel she is for Leon. She loves that man, I know it, and he changed her, too; you can see how meeting him really sparked her moral consciousness back to life. They're so cute, I love them. Gameplay-wise, it is very similar to the main game, but the addition of the grappling hook and the IRIS was fun to use. I cannot complain, and for $10, this is an amazing deal, honestly. Cannot recommend enough. My only minor nitpick is that Ada's pace through the DLC made all of what Leon went through seem like it happened much more quickly, but as I said, that's a very nitpicky complaint.
The outline of Ada's tummy being visible through the knit dress raises certain emotions in me. And it is cool to see the other side of the story. Especially since the original Gamecube version didn't include it. More RE4 is always good. That said the voice acting in this expansion is definitely not as good as the base game, which had solid perfromances. Almost like the voice actors had no context for the individual lines, so the rhythm and cadence is off. Not a huge deal. But could definitely be better.
