Steins;Gate is a 2009 science fiction visual novel game developed by 5pb. and Nitroplus. It is the second game in the Science Adventure series, following Chaos;Head. The story follows a group of students as they discover and develop technology that gives them the means to change the past. The gameplay in Steins;Gate includes branching scenarios with courses of interaction.

Pinnacle of time travel media and media in general i thought the anime was good but it doesn't compare to the visual novel, everyone should play this in their lifetime, El Psy Kongroo
After watching both anime seasons, I decided to play the games to learn more, and they are truly amazing. Buying the three game Steins;Gate Steins;Gate 0 and Linear Bounded Phenogram is absolutely worth the money, I highly recommend purchasing them.
I've finished this game so many times over the years, and I just finally completed it on Steam too. Steins;Gate will always hold a very special place in my heart. The story never gets old, no matter how many times I experience it. Truly a timeless masterpiece.
