Super Hexagon is an action video game created by independent developer Terry Cavanagh with music composed by Chipzel. Originally released for iOS in September 2012, versions for Windows and macOS were released three months later. Android, BlackBerry and Linux versions followed in early 2013.

Runs well on modern hardware.
I am not sexually attracted to Hexagons.
Oh, also this game is beautifully difficult. The music is perfect both in terms of getting in the zone, and also being bearable to listen to thousands of times. The gameplay is challenging, frustrating, and addictive all at the same time, and if you're going to try to beat this game, prepare to bash your head into the nearest wall. Speaking from experience, if you feel the urge to, run toward your bed and headbutt the mattress, you're still going to get a headache from the force, but you won't have a hole in the wall. I beat all levels and I think I need a neurologist. Help me.
This is one of the best games of all time. Extremely simple, yet extremely challenging.
ever craved the feeling of complete and total numbness saved for brief bouts of rage every few seconds? ever wanted to know just how long ten seconds can feel? ever itched for the feeling of wanting to punch your keyboard and/or monitor and/or pc and/or wall? yeah i cannot ethically recommend this game or say in good conscience that it's on any level "fun." it's... rewarding? kind of? i don't know man.
