It is well thought out and balanced gameplay wise but has a UI that screams 90s game it is very difficult to navigate and to do any bulk actions
I fully completed Warlord mode without the DLC or permadeath, and without any tutorials. I enjoyed this game a lot! I played 40 hours in about two weeks. The combat and party building was good, and I thought that most of the mechanics fit well and forced you to think more strategically (even if they were a little underexplained). At some point, though, I made parties so strong that it was basically impossible for me to lose even in later levels on the harder mode unless I played very poorly. It also did get tedious with the amount of enemies that are thrown at you in later chapters, basically forcing you to turn on fast mode. The story is fun, but a little bland. I appreciated the little romance elements, and I always like it when there are some bisexual options! Also, I found it very funny that I could
send Lysander to jail
after romancing him. 7~8/10, YMMV
Lately the game is not stable and crashes a lot
