Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge is a 2022 beat 'em up game developed by Tribute Games and published by Dotemu. It is inspired by and based on the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated series and borrows stylistically from the arcade and home console Turtles games developed by Konami during the 1980s and 1990s. The player assumes control of one of the Turtles or their allies as they set out to stop Shredder and Krang from taking over New York City, while facing foes that stand in their way.

Runs well on modern hardware.

As a pixel-art beat 'em up, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge is a ton of fun. It doesn't have any tedious tasks or annoying mechanicsโyou can jump right in and enjoy the action right away. The nostalgic charm of the classic TMNT IP adds a refreshing twist. The only real pity is that the campaign is rather short: the 16-level Story Mode can be finished in about two hours. But if you value the co-op experience, it remains an outstanding multiplayer game.
My daughter and I played together (split screen, co-op) and we enjoyed it very much. Being able to bond over an arcade-style, beat em' up with characters from my childhood was really cool. I highly recommend tightening your bandanas, fist bumping, and yelling "cowabunga, dude" right before you hop in and kick butt ๐.
A great game straight out of childhood. Excellent musical accompaniment, drawing levels and characters, all the familiar faces from the animated series and comics. It goes through in one go, definitely to have in the collection.
