The Precinct

The game is awesome and definitely has some really neat systems going for it, however it feels weird not to have an option for co-op as it the game feels like it could really benefit from it. I wish my AI partner could instead just be a friend and we work together to tackle crime in the city.

This game honestly gives me GTA 1 vibes, and I mean that in a good way. The graphics look great, the gameplay is really fun, and TBH, this is exactly the kind of police game I’ve been waiting for. I wanted a police simulator that actually felt like a game instead of just doing the same boring tasks over and over, and [b]The Precinct[/b] does a really good job of making it fun. The story is also pretty good. I just wish the devs would add a few things in the future. A bigger map, co-op with friends, and especially the ability to choose multiple AI police partners. Imagine patrolling the city with three AI cops in your squad. That would be so much fun.

fun game, there is always something happening, there is not a single moment where the progress is stale. However, after getting used to everything with giving out offenses and tickets, that whole loop can get boring after a while. There is a lot of different crimes but that becomes boring quickly too, i think it has to do with that the game is incredibly fast paced, there is always something happening, and u can quickly be on your 50th car chase after no time, so when u have played for 1 hour, it really feels like u have done it all, and then the gameplay starts to become mundane. I will therefore rate this 7/10. The story is good, gameplay is fun at first, but it gets repetitive. What i think is missing, is the gameplay being more dynamic or have more buildup, or some sort of tempo change, because the things u do dont feel special. Its like eating candy everyday, after sometime it just feels normal and ure not excited about candy at the weekends because it dont feel special anymore. The loop goes like this: stop -> check id -> ticket or arrest -> if they flee, then a chase. Imagine doing that 400 times, or however many times it takes to complete the game.
