The Stanley Parable is a story-based video game designed and written by developers Davey Wreden and William Pugh. In the game, the player guides a silent protagonist named Stanley alongside narration by British actor Kevan Brighting. As the story progresses, the player is confronted with diverging pathways. The player may contradict The Narrator's directions, which, if disobeyed, will be incorporated into the story. Depending on the choices made, the player will encounter different endings before the game resets to the beginning.

Runs well on modern hardware.

I was thinking: "Alright, this game is fine and all, nothing crazy. I don't understand the hype behind it". But then I got to the Broom Closet Ending. OH. MY. GOD. That made all of it worth it! Just to see that ending I feel complete! At ease! Just for that ending alone, you HAVE to play this game! 4/5
Every now and then I come back to this game (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶) It does not start on my new PC so I keep playing it on my old laptop
This game had the most difficult achievements, and it was fun pursuing them over the years. "The broom closet ending was my favorite."
