Without a doubt one the best games of all time. The story is riveting, and a testament to games as a bona fide artistic medium. This game will push you to challenge your own conceptualization of the world, might uncover beliefs or psychological undercurrents you hadn't tuned into in a long time, and if none of that will certainly enrapture you for its entirety. All within the simple yet mind-scratching form of a puzzle game a la Portal or Superliminal. I can't recommend this game enough, and particularly to go in blind with no spoilers or guides. There's a good hints thread on the Steam forum for the challenge stars if you want a gentle nudge in the right direction, but these games are best experienced by struggling against them until you finally develop the insight needed to break through to the goal. You will rage, you will stay up late trying to wrap your head around a problem, and at the end of it all, you will shed more than a tear for this masterpiece. Bravo, Croteam.
I don't know if The Talos Principle: Reawakened was truly a necessary remaster and that's why I picked it up from sale well after it's release. It's the same game as the old one but my God this looks beautiful at 4K. And most importantly TTP:R runs decently considering it uses UE5. If you're not familiar with The Talos Principle then this is the definitive version you should get instead of the original one, assuming you're not on old hardware. People with older hardware should get the original. It still looks amazing for a game released in 2014 and it runs even on a toaster!
An all-time favourite puzzler with a gorgeous coat of paint and some great QOL improvements., A little inessential if you already own the original, but if you don't, or you fancy as replay, this is the way to go. It's real pretty now. Includes the Gehenna DLC and a new DLC-sized campaign too. Everything else here applies to the original too - fantastic puzzle design, gorgeous music, a melancholy and frequently tragic but ultimately hopeful backstory... its great stuff. Stuffed to the gills with secrets too (I mean its Croteam, of course there's like 1000 silly easter eggs). Puzzles all the way down.
