Undertale is a 2015 role-playing video game created by American indie developer Toby Fox. The player controls a child who has fallen into the Underground: a large, secluded region under the surface of the Earth, separated by a magical barrier. The player meets various monsters during the journey back to the surface, some of which may engage in combat. The combat system involves the player navigating through mini–bullet hell attacks by the opponent. They can opt to appease monsters in order to spare them instead of killing them. These choices affect the game, with the dialogue, characters, and story changing based on outcomes.

Runs well on modern hardware.

Gonna resist the temptation to write a whole essay here because nobody's actually gonna read that anyways. If you like story-driven games you should play this.
I first played Undertale eight years ago, and somehow it has never left me. Since then I’ve played a lot of games, but very few have stayed with me the way Undertale has. What started as just another RPG slowly became something I genuinely care about on a personal level. The characters felt real in a way I did not expect, the music still stays in my head years later, and the choices I made actually mattered in a way that very few games have ever managed to capture. Beneath the humor, the weirdness, and the simple retro visuals is something deeply human. It is a story about empathy, seeing the humanity in evreyone, and realizing that every person you meet carries something worth understanding. It made me laugh in ways I did not expect, it made me think long after I stopped playing, and at times it genuinely caught me off guard emotionally. Even now, all these years later, I still find myself going back to the soundtrack and remembering moments that somehow never lost their weight. Very few pieces of media have ever stayed with me like this. Undertale was not just a game I played. It became something I carry with me. A part of my life I did not realize would matter this much when I first started it. And even now, I do not think that impact will ever really fade. 10/10. A once in a lifetime experience that somehow still feels alive in my memory.
I've never had anything to do with Undertale tbh, I did hear that the game was very loved by other people so I decided to give it a try and ohhh boy, that was an experience. There is only one thing that I regret: It's that I never played it sooner. This game is amazing, I understand why this game is so loved and why it has such a huge fanbase. I have only played the nutural ending so far but I want to experience the other endings as well! Absolute Cinema
