Unpacking

I was expecting this game to be a short time waster where I unpack stuff and arrange them as I please in each room. Unpacking is more than that and a very emotional one. You basically experiencing a woman's ups and downs as she goes through about 20+ years life through moving places until she achieved a really beautiful, happy ending. Each level are specific years of her life and as I unpack and arrange the stuff I get to see many changes she went through as well as what items she kept, lost and added along the way. A game without dialogue somehow made me feel a great sense of nostalgia and crack me a smile each time I finished a level. Lastly, I wanna say lovely end credit song made me shed a few tears automatically and really shows how glad I am for her that she found true happiness. A highly recommended 10/10 game. One of the rare times I actually felt happy and content to 100% complete this.

It is a really special puzzle game where you slowly unpack boxes and place belongings into different rooms across several stages of a person’s life. The gameplay is very simple you just take items out of boxes and decide where they belong. It really reminds me of my own moving experiences. Every time I move to a different city, I have to pack everything into boxes and then unpack them in a completely new space. The room always feels unfamiliar at first, and even the view outside the window changes, giving a totally different feeling and atmosphere. 📦🏠 Highly recommend it!
