Absolutely Addicted to This Game 🐦❤️ Played for 3 days and somehow I’ve already put 60 HOURS into this game😭😭 At this point, I think it’s safe to say I’m addicted. I honestly didn’t expect to get this obsessed with a bird-themed board game. I originally just wanted to try it out, but once I started learning how everything works, I couldn’t stop playing. Every game makes me want to play “just one more round” and then suddenly hours have passed. 😂 What I really love about Wingspan is how it manages to be relaxing while still having so much strategy involved. There are so many things to think about—what birds to play, what food to collect, which cards to keep, how to build up your habitat, when to use your bird powers, and how to make everything work together. It feels satisfying when you finally put together a really good engine and see your whole habitat start working. And surprisingly, I’ve learned SO MUCH about birds because of this game. 🐦 I started recognizing bird names and learning little facts about species that I probably would never have paid attention to otherwise. The artwork and bird illustrations are beautiful too, and I love that the game makes learning about birds feel like part of the fun rather than feeling like I’m studying. Wingspan also made me appreciate board games way more. I wasn’t someone who was particularly into board games before, but after playing this, I started becoming genuinely interested in them and wanting to try more. It showed me how much dept a good board game can have. There’s also something really satisfying about the whole atmosphere of the game. The music, artwork, bird sounds, animations, and overall design make it such a cozy experience. It can be competitive and strategic, but it never feels overly stressful. I can just sit down, play a few games, and completely lose track of time. And the replayability is REALLY good. Every game can play out differently depending on the birds you get, the goals, the bonuses, and the strategies you decide to go for. Even after 60 hours in only three days, I still feel like I’m learning new things and finding different ways to play. So yeah... 3 days. 60 hours. I don't know whether I should be proud or concerned. 😂 But honestly, Wingspan is easily one of the best board game adaptations I’ve played, and it has quickly become one of my favorite games. If you're someone who likes strategy games, board games, cozy games, birds, or just games that make you want to keep coming back for “one more game,” I HIGHLY recommend giving Wingspan a try. 10/10 from me. Absolutely worth it. 🐦❤️ Recommended. Must try!
