Honestly one of the best games I have ever played. Even though it looks and is kinda goofy the hand drawn artstyle is really amazing. The music, the story, and the gameplay are really good. Boss rush is so much fun on insane mode, It's just really hard. Overall really good and fun game 9.5/10.
Gumgumgun Go plop! plop! plop!
Yea, that gumgum gun is cute, the entire game is cute. The game world just feels so empty and I struggle to find anything. This doesn't feel like a Metroidvania at all, so I don't understand why so many people have labeled it as such. I got to the first boss in the kitchen and that was a bit easy but after that I got so confused and just don't have the desire to continue. The art, and mechanics are good for the most part but the emptiness of the world leaves me wanting a little more than is there. I can't recommend this one. Don't come into this game with the wrong expectations.. If you came for a metroidvania you will be disappointed. This game is more of a theme park, a place to be in and visit the attractions. It's a weird and interesting place to explore, with some combat in between. But if you did just want to experience this cute and quirky world, then I would highly reccommend it. It has so many memorable and fun characters and locations. It's just a neat little world and I love it so much. Hence my username and profile pic. Never stop blussin'
